We nearly cancelled our reservation as my partner can be a little fussy and wasn’t sure by the menu… very glad we didn’t! Our favourite meal during our week in Taormina. Every dish was a culinary surprise - nothing was as you might expect. Highly recommend the aubergine starter and red tuna main. Subtle delicate tastes with unexpected garnishes - it was really refreshing from the typical rich carb food in Sicily! The little bites in-between meals were a lovely addition - I suspect it reflected the chefs love for food and the experience he wants to offer at this restaurant. Service was excellent - relaxed and friendly. For such gourmet food, there is a no stuffiness or snobbery - so don’t be put off if the menu sounds fancy! It’s a wonder this place doesn’t have a Michelin star!

Phenomal service and food. Incredibly professional service from the waiters and staff. The polpi "Pop Corn" was perhaps the best squid I've ever had. Just a perfect experience from beginning to end. 10/10. No notes.

Absolutely amazing food! Every dish was tastefully balanced and beautifully plated. The staff was friendly and professional, and the garden gave the perfect atmosphere. All in all a great experience, we will definitely come back!

Wanted a true pasta experience while in Taormina. According to google , ** rating of this place wasn’t bad, and it wasn’t busy , so I tried it. Service was amazing and so was the food, although for what I wanted there were not many pasta options, but the spaghetti was very tasty and well presented. It is not casual pasta eatery - this was fine dining .

Absolutely incredible. Deserving of a Michelin star (or two). The set lunch had three stunning courses and three unique amuse (much to our surprise). The service, attention to allergy (celiac/gluten free), and the originality and quality of the food was outstanding for the price.

Wow this is a dining experience beyond! One of the best dining experience in Taormina. This is really a true gem - staff is amazing, food is amazing, wine is amazing, and the prices are very reasonable (almost too good to be true for Taormina! This restaurant gets one of my best recommendations - can’t wait to revisit this beautiful place!

We stopped here by chance for lunch while exploring the area — and what a discovery! It felt like stumbling into a Michelin-star experience. We ordered from the lunch menu and were blown away: the appetisers were beautifully balanced, and the pasta was simply fabulous. The anchovy pasta, in particular, is not to be missed — a perfect mix of flavor, finesse, and Sicilian soul. Highly recommended.
